Lochend House seen from the sea 2007

Lochend House was built around 1760 for the Nicolsons, a merchant family.
The house is L-shaped with the greatest part at the back. It has a walled courtyard, which is bordered by Water Lane on the south side. On the north side there is a smaller courtyard.
