Alexander Ratter

Alexander Reid Sandison Ratter (b. 14 February 1863, Lerwick, d. 18 December 1943, Lerwick) was a Lerwick Town Councillor who had a lengthy period in office, starting in 1905 and finishing in 1929. He was also one of the first Shetland socialist/Labour councillors when he was elected in 1905.
