David Burns

David Nisbet Burns (b. 1 April 1809, Lerwick, d. 29 March 1848, Lerwick) was a draper, inspector of the poor and a Lerwick Town Councillor between 1844 until his death of Typhus in 1848.
His father, Magnus Burns was also a councillor, between 1830 and 1832.
