Except the first one, which shows a bit more of the island itself, I have deleted all those pics showing the broch and details of the broch and which were placed on the Mousa Broch page as well. Instead I have added a pic showing a bit more of the island, which might be more suitable within the context of this page. Islandhopper 22:05, 19 November 2006 (GMT)
Surely Mousa takes its name from "maas"-a (seagull island) - just like Whalsay is whale-island and in the Hebrides Skarba is scarf-island and Jura is deer-island?? [Fremlander, Sandwick]
