The Three Sisters, a sail schooner, 66 tons registered, 17 L x 5 B metres or 56.2 L x 15.9 B x 10 D feet, built 1840 Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland, registered in Lerwick, Captain Johnson.
This vessel missed stays and struck rocks in the vicinity of Vaila Sound, Walls on March 14th 1846, and sank in twelve fathoms of water within a short time.
