The Voe pier has been rebuilt recently and a marina added. This facility lies at the head of Olna Firth.
The village of Voe, sometimes referred to as the most Norwegian looking part of Shetland is the home of Johnson & Wood's Voe Bakery, and the Pierhead Restaurant and Bar.
